I'm Rafael Rippon, and I run Rippon Automations. I help small businesses hand their repetitive jobs to automations, and I train their teams to use AI properly.

Most small business owners I talk to have plenty of ideas and too few hours. The day disappears into replying, quoting, chasing and copying things from one app into another, and nearly all of it is done the same way every time.

So I start with the jobs that eat your week and pick the technology after. I draw each one out so you can see exactly what will happen, build it on the tools you already use, and make sure you can see it, change it and switch it off.
